Alumni Planet respects each individual's right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at Alumni Planet's Web site.

This Notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Alumni Planet Web site. We collect information through registration forms and automatic logging files. This data is collected when you log on to our site or when you enter information voluntarily. To register with Alumni Planet, a user name and email address is mandatory, so that the user may log into and use the site. If you decide to subscribe and purchase our services, a name, address, and credit/debit card information is also required. Other information we request is optional.

Alumni Planet collects information through our Web site at the point of subscription and registration. The types of personal information we collect include email addresses, name, address, school and diploma information, phone number and credit or debit card information. Additional information such as interests, hobbies, place of birth, and other background information may be submitted by applicants. If this information is submitted it will be kept by Alumni Planet.

We also collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information: user name/handle, city, and zip code. We collect demographic data in order to best match our customers with other users of our site. We may also collect email addresses which our users divulge about other people, such use is for referrals. Alumni Planet does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a person under 18 to divulge personal information. You must be at least 18 to subscribe to our services.

Except in the provision of the Services you choose to purchase as provided in the Subscription Materials, we will not transfer or sell any information or material of a personal or private nature without your prior written consent.

We do employ cookies. A cookie is an element of data that a Web site can send to your browser, which may then store it on your system. Some of our pages use cookies so that we can better serve you when you return to our site. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

If your subscription contract has expired, you may delete your information from our database by emailing us at customercare@alumniplanet.com and providing us with your username and registered email address. Please allow two weeks for change to appear.
